How do we get started?
We set up your nonprofit account with you in a short walkthrough. There isn’t a self-serve sign-up for nonprofits yet, so the quickest way in is to book a demo.
Can supporters give every month?
One-off card gifts are what you can take today. Regular gifts are being finished — ask us for the current status when we talk.
Which receipts do you issue?
Receipts in the US 501(c)(3) style, and a general-purpose receipt. Each has its own unbroken serial number, and they’re emailed to the donor. UK Gift Aid isn’t supported yet.
Can supporters cover the card fees?
Yes. You can offer donors the option to add the fee to their gift.
Can we also sell things, like merchandise?
Yes. Your shop and your appeals sit on the same website and the same platform.
What isn’t available?
Matching gifts, peer-to-peer fundraising pages and event ticketing aren’t part of Commercey today. Tell us what you rely on and we’ll be straight with you.
