For manufacturers & dealers

Sell your machines — and every spare part — from one catalog.

Upload exploded-view diagrams, tie each numbered part to a product you can actually sell, and let customers and dealers add exactly the right part from the machine’s own page.

Sound familiar?

Parts sales shouldn’t depend on a printed catalog.

Parts orders come by phone

Customers read a part number off a printed diagram and call it in.

With Commercey

They add the part from a diagram on the machine’s own page, with price and stock beside it.

The wrong part gets shipped

Look-alike parts and hand-typed numbers lead to returns.

With Commercey

Every number on the diagram is linked to one product, so people pick the exact part.

Dealers need their own prices

Dealers and end customers can’t share one price list.

With Commercey

Customer groups with their own price lists, and prices shown only after sign-in.

Parts diagrams

The diagram sells the parts.

On a machine’s page, a “More add-ons” panel opens beside the exploded diagram. Each numbered part has its own price, stock and Add to cart — no leaving the page, no guessing.

  • Upload one or several diagrams per product, one tab each
  • Link every reference number to a product you sell
  • Shoppers set a quantity and add parts straight to the basket
  • See which machines use a part with a “used in” lookup
  • Import and export parts in bulk, so large catalogs aren’t typed by hand

Catalog

A catalog people can actually search.

Parts-table layout

Show a category as a dense table — SKU, price, stock and Add to cart on each row — for the buyers who know what they want.

Specs and filters

Spec tables on every product, and filters for brands, attributes and options so customers can narrow thousands of items.

Search-friendly pages

Fast pages with clear product details, so the right part is found by search engines and AI assistants.

Dealers & trade

Different customers, different prices.

  • Customer groups for dealers, distributors and end customers
  • Price lists and catalogs for each group, with volume discounts
  • Prices — or the whole catalog — shown only to signed-in customers
  • Approve who gets an account, with business details and licence upload
  • Quotes and orders your team can place for a customer

Operations

Keep stock and data in order.

  • Track stock across warehouses and move it between them
  • Bulk import and export for products, prices and inventory, with a preview first
  • Back-in-stock sign-ups show which parts customers want
  • A record of every change, and who made it

FAQ

Manufacturer questions, answered.

How do the parts diagrams work?

You upload an exploded-view picture with reference numbers printed on it, then link each number to a product you sell. Shoppers see the diagram beside a list of those parts, with a quantity and an Add to cart for each.

Can customers click a part on the diagram itself?

Not yet. Today the numbers on the picture match the numbered parts list beside it. Click-to-select on the picture isn’t available.

Can dealers see their own prices?

Yes. Put dealers in a customer group with its own price list and catalog, and show prices only to signed-in, approved customers.

Can I find which machines use a part?

Yes. Each part has a “used in” lookup, and parts can be imported and exported in bulk.

Do you support configure-to-order or serial numbers and warranty?

Not today. You can quote and take orders, but guided configurators, serial-number tracking and warranty management aren’t part of Commercey yet.

Does it connect to my ERP?

Orders can be marked as exported to each system, and data moves in bulk by import and export. Direct ERP connectors are in development — tell us what you run on.

Bring a diagram and a parts list. We’ll show how it sells in a short walkthrough.
